Shipping Policy
Non-Custom Orders:
Most items will ship within 1-5 business days, delivery generally takes between 1-2 weeks depending on location. This is subject to availability of stock. If there is an issue or delay with your order, we will contact you.
Custom Orders:
Custom orders are hand-crafted for you. The estimated time for completion is 30 days from the day of purchase. We will contact you when the item is ready to be shipped. If there is an issue or delay with your order we will contact you.
In Store Pick-Up:
You can always choose the option to pick up your purchases from the store! Make sure to call our store at 832-307-7202 at least two days in advance to schedule pick-up of furniture and bring plenty of moving blankets and straps.
